Eleventyplex Co-op

Co-op semesters during the spring and fall of 2024.

I worked full time at a small toy design consultancy 'Eleventyplex' in both spring and fall semesters of 2024. I worked in person at their office in Cincinnati, Ohio. My role was to sculpt toys in ZBrush to be mass-manufactured. I also used Blender to render scenes.

I learned about different injection-molding processes like co-molding, and different plastics such as polypropylene, polyurethane, and vinyl. I additionally gained experience in modeling for specific manufacturing processes and joint articulation on action figures.

Unfortunately, most work I completed has not yet gone to market. All of my work was NDA-protected. However, I have included work that I created during training.

Work on market available for purchase:

Spinmaster | Shark Strike

I sculpted the majority of the different 'bowling pin' sea animal characters.

A great learning experience for relief sculpting in the context of a two part mold.

Hasbro Pulse | Star Wars: Mos Eisley Cantina

I sculpted multiple accessories: wall props, door props, and some furniture.

Jazwares | BLDR Hello Kitty, Roblox Adopt Me

I sculpted more of the Adopt Me characters, but helped out here and there for Hello Kitty.

A great learning experience for blending organic form with rigid, parametric forms that must fit into one another.

Employee Training

Some projects that Eleventyplex gave me as apart of their training. The first is Charmeleon from Pokémon. The last two are characters from Flush Force, which is a franchise owned by Spinmaster. I do not own the rights to either of these characters or franchises.

TRAINING

Spinmaster | Flushforce

The reference of these models came from the company, which were rough sketches and images pulled from online. They were modeled and painted in ZBrush, then exported as .obj over to Blender to finish painted plastic and clay renders.
